This is a special Magic Square called as the SWASTIKA Magic Square. All odd numbers (and a few even numbers) are inside the SWASTIKA SYMBOL. (The Magic-Total is 65)

Thank you for pointing out @Masao_Sekigami. All odd numbers MUST be inside the Swastik symbol area. Apart from them, there are a few even numbers as well inside the square, to fill the remaining area (have updated the explanation in the blog post as well and have replaced the table with an image for better clarity)
